Our History
We started in early 2023 with a simple idea. A girl who loves cats wanted to help her dad roast coffee. Giuliana creates the artwork that adorns our labels. The label may relate to the coffee but more likely relates to current events in the world, or her life!

Our History
We use only high-quality coffee beans from reputable sources. We are in the process of scaling up from a small test roaster to a well-regarded Toper Cafemino. Although it is only a 1 kg / batch roaster it can roast up to 60 kg per day and has impeccable Turkish metallurgy to allow for crisp temperature control throughout the roast.

We believe that coffee does not need many special ingredients. Most of our coffees are idea for espresso, but we are also working with the manufacturer of our roaster and consultants in Turkey to better understand the rich history of coffee (prior to the over-roasting and over-sugaring of recent decades).
